At the outdoor area Lassalyckan in Ulricehamn there is a great love for cycling and mountain biking. Here there are several marked mountain bike trails with different degrees of difficulty. You can challenge yourself on one of the regular trails, or on special technical trails. A fast-paced and fun activity for beginners as well as pros!

• Don't miss trying the fun and fast-paced Pumptrack at Lassalyckan. Here you cycle over jumps and ramps on a hilly wooden track.
• Don't have you own bike with you? No problem. In the area you will find the sports shop 157 XCC, which offers rental MTB bikes for both adults and juniors.

The city is even prettier seen from the lake! Get yourself out on the water and enjoy the view. There are several different places in Ulricehamn where you can rent both boats, canoes and kajaks. A fun and peaceful activity for the whole family.

With its beautiful location, Ulricehamn is often described as "Åsunden's gem". The picturesque houses, cobbled streets and shops make a charming city centrum. Here you can experience cozy small-town shopping! The old pedestrian street is full of life, with small boutiques as well as cafés and restaurants. Take a stroll down the street, peek into some of the shops and settle down for a nice lunch while you're at it!

Looking for a place to relax and just be? Located beautifully on Lake Åsunden is Ulricehamn's cold-water bathing facility. A place with a fantastic aquatic health experience with an energising spa and bathing area. It is a perfect activity all year round, and suits both the young and the old. It sure offers relaxation for both body and soul!

Go on an adventure on two wheels along our car-free enbankments and discover Ulricehamn by bike. On small scenic roads and car-free enbankments you can enjoy the silence and explore an exciting range of activities and sights. Here you get a varied experience with everything from fantastic view points by the lake to cozy cafés and medieval sights. Did you know that there is over 70 km of car-free asphalt embankments in Ulricehamn?

Take a roadtrip around lake Åsunden and visit some of The Estates Around The Lake! A pleasant way to learn about the interesting history in the area. One of the estates, Torpa Stenhus, is an old medieval castle. Join a guided tour or explore the castle on your own. Some of the old estates are nowadays also places for restaurants and cafés, where you can settle down for a nice lunch or a coffee during your trip around the lake. Go out in the nature and explore on of our many hiking trails! Walk on planks on the moss at Komosse, discover the beautiful nature on the Wilderness trail at Årås, or take a two-day hike around the lake on the beautiful Åsunden trail. • We have two companies that specialize in offering activities and cooking in nature. How about cooking your food over an open fire and then eating it in a windbreak? Maybe start the experience by jointly looking for the mushroom you are going to fry. Or paddle to the cooking place.

Have you ever tried a Swedish "Fika"? If not then Ulricehamn is the perfect place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and a good fika. Cookies, pastries and a good mood. Grab your fishing gear and hit the water! Fishing is a popular and enjoyable activity that anyone can do. We offer a wide range of fish and fishing lakes. In Ulricehamn we have as much as 15 fishing preservation areas, and at many of these locations you can rent a rowing boat. Lake Åsunden is very popular fishing water. Over the years, many fine zander have been caught here, and the interest for the lake has always been great.

Take a roadtrip in the cultural area upper Ätradalen. Dive into the history and enjoy magnificent nature as you ride along "Kulturvägen". The Culture Road is an area along the river Ätran and the surrounding area, where you as a visitor meet small-scale entrepreneurs and associations on the countryside. Here you get fantastic nature, taste and cultural experiences in combination with history.
