Limmared
Welcome to Limmareds Säteri and farm shop in the southern part of West Sweden. You can buy the farm's own meat here, as well as other locally produced goods and clothing. The meat comes from animals reared and butchered on the farm. You can also pick your own sweetcorn and hunt wild boar.
Gustaf Ruthensparre’s home district
The founder of Limmareds Glass, Gustaf Ruthensparre, used to live in one of the buildings at Limmareds Säteri. Today it is the owner of the farm who lives there. You’ll find the welcoming farm shop in a nearby building.

Explore the area around the farm
Not far from Limmareds Säteri in the southern part of West Sweden there is the traditional glassworks town of Limmared, with Glasets Hus, meaning the house of glass, and an attractive street full of second-hand shops and antiques. There are two footpaths that pass Glasets Hus: Ätradalsleden and Sjuhäradsrundan, which take you toward Ulricehamn and the Estates around the Lake, or down to Svenljunga/Fegen and on towards Halland, Falkenberg and Kattegatleden.
