Nossebro – Grästorp – Lidköping
Our route starts off in Nossebro, or more specifically at Lilla Djupsås Bladwerk. A farm shop selling flowers in a truly charming, rustic setting. It’s not far to our next stop, at Kälströms Färg, Tapet & Inredning. This is no ordinary paint shop, but rather a unique rural store boasting a broad range of paints and a variety of wallpapers, alongside an inspiring homewares department with products from many well-known brands. Moving on, we stop at Eriksons Chark, where they have been producing tasty sausages and cured meats since 1923. There’s no compromising on quality here and they are known for superb products made from 100 % Swedish meat. Experience the olde-worlde charm of shopping over the counter in this unique setting.
Half-way to Grästorp we call in at an old farm for a welcome visit to Magnolia. This beautiful garden is also home to a pleasant café and an inspiring plant sales area boasting row upon row of wonderful flowers and over 300 varieties of dahlias and pelargoniums. Back on the road, we stop next at Lillegårdens grönt, where they sell vegetables and honey from their own crops and hives. Yet more bees are to be found at Mossängens gård, where they produce their own honey and sea buckthorn and aronia jams.
Before we continue on towards Lidköping, a stop at Mäjens Glass & Maräng is a must. Here they make ice cream using locally sourced ingredients and seasonal flavours, and the charming café offers everything from ice cream, meringues and pastries to cakes and bread.

Heading along the country lanes towards Hindens Rev, through the picturesque Skaraborg landscape, we come to Mejeriet i Söne. A café and knick-knack shop housed in Söne’s former dairy building. They serve both coffee & cakes and lunches, and inside you will discover a collection of fascinating items from times gone by. Not far to the next stop on our tour, namely Närebo. In this light, rural setting you will find not only a hotel and restaurant, but also a farm shop with a large assortment of locally grown products. Why not buy some of Närebo’s own cucumbers to slice up for your next taco evening?
In central Lidköping, at Kinnegatan 21, you will find Vischan Gårdsbutik. It sells a wide range of locally grown vegetables and fruit, but also freshly baked bread that smells heavenly. The question is can you manage to get it home without being tempted to sample it?

Our final stop is Lilla Labäck. An organic farm shop producing KRAV-certified vegetables. This family-owned company grows organic vegetables that are sold to both private individuals and restaurants across Sweden.
