Coastal golf and location of TV series

Skaftö is about 110 kilometres north of Gothenburg in the municipality of Lysekil. This little gem on the west coast, which was the location for the popular TV series Saltön, boasts an 18-hole golf course, beautiful walks, cycle paths, shopping, beaches and good food.

Tweed Hotell Skaftö cooperates with local companies to arrange kayaking, lobster, crayfish, oyster and mussel safaris in Lysekil. The area is steeped in a rich cultural history and some of the most popular destinations in Bohuslän are found nearby: Nordens Ark in Smögen, the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn and the Pilane Sculpture Park on Tjörn. Stroll around the Torp shopping centre or book an extra day and take the boat to nearby islands and coastal villages.
