Nääs Fabriker Hotel & Restaurant offers an extraordinary experience. Situated beautifully by Lake Sävelången in a 19th-century cotton mill, it boasts a hotel environment like no other—beautiful, cozy, and with well-designed rooms throughout.

Here, you’ll find rooms with ceilings over five meters high, rooms with rooftop terraces and lake views, bathrooms with the same stunning view, and rooms that are 45 square meters in size. The hotel currently has 81 rooms, all equipped with comfortable beds and the finest bed linens made of combed Egyptian cotton satin from Dreamsilk. The majority of rooms offer lake views from both the bedroom and bathroom.

Only 20 minutes from central Gothenburg you will find us, close enough to make the journey here easy and quick but far enough away to let go of the stressful everyday life. The hotel's 34 well-thought-out rooms have room for up to six guests per room, which make it quite unique. Each room is furnished with two bedrooms. Gråbogården in Gråbo.

Gråbogården is a lakefront event and conference center surrounded by nature and we are sure you will enjoy the view from all rooms. Enjoy a refreshing morning swim from the private beach just a few steps from your bedroom.

The two buildings accommodate 40 sleeping guests in seven modern bedrooms with access to shared, but private, bathrooms. Here you will find peace and tranquility and get a good night’s sleep.

The cozy lounge rooms with comfortable sofas and lounge chairs are the perfect places to relax after a day on the lake or hike in the forest.

Sjöviksgården in Sjövik.

Sjöviksgården is beautifully located down by Mjörn's beach. Sjöviksgården was built in 1939-1940 and the vision was that the farm would be a place where children and young people could have camps and meet in a beautiful environment.

Today, the farm is still a camp farm and the vision remains firm. Sjöviksgården is open all year round for self-catering or full board. The farm consists of two departments, the main building and Sörviken. here there is also a Church and a leader's villa. Altogether there are 110 beds. The main building's dining room can accommodate around 100 people and Sörviken's dining room can accommodate 40 people.

The Tannery Club in Floda.

Stay close to nature, simply but comfortably only a few meters away from Säveån nature reserve and right next to Gotaleden. Our canvas tents are located on the roof of The Tannery Club where you will have a lovely view of the flowing river and the surrounding lush trees. By the door of the staircase at ground level you will find showers, toilets, work out area, kitchen and a set up breakfast in the morning if you would like.

Vide Natur in Lerum.

Spend the night in the nature in a glamping tent in the middle of the blueberry forest where is Vide Nature's Forest Room is located. The airy glamping tent is ready for you to spend a quiet night. Enjoy the peace of the forest, cook over an open fire and experience the wonderful nature in the area. Hike around a lake, sit down at the height and look for moose and birds of prey or just relax in the hammock. Our goal and our hope is that you will experience nature up close in a comfortable and harmonious way, without demands and obligations.

We have one or two hanging tents which we will set it up in a lovely and private place in the forest and furnish it with a sleeping mat, sleeping bag blanket, pillow and extra blanket. On the tent site there is also a storm kitchen, kitchen equipment, a fire stool and firewood, a canister with fresh water and an outdoor toilet.

Camping

At Nääs there are marked pitches for motorhomes, beautifully located at Källnääs in the Vocational Seminary area by lake Sävelången with a view up to the castle. You pay easily via the EasyPark app or parking machine and just show up without a reservation. There is access to both a toilet and running cold water all year round.

The marked places cannot be pre-booked, but should it be full, it is also fine to park in other parking spaces in the paid parking lot.
