MTB-trails Lidköping

At the Råda Ås outdoor area in Lidköping, there are four different trails of varying length and difficulty, all starting at Pistgaraget, the same place where the cross-country ski tracks begin. Next to the starting point, there is also a skills area with bridges, jumps, and gravel loops for those who want to practice their technique. The area is easily accessible and suitable for both experienced cyclists and beginners. There are tables and benches for a break, and parking is available at Rådåsgården, where you'll also find toilets, showers, and a sauna.

Green Trail

The green trail is the easiest to ride and is 5.4 km long, consisting of 4 km of gravel road and 1.4 km of trail riding, with a total elevation gain of 32 meters. Download the GPX file.

Biking at Kronocamping

Blue Trail

The blue trail is 8.6 km long and mostly consists of trail riding with plenty of roots and rocks, and a total elevation gain of 75 meters. There are A and B routes to choose from, where A is a more challenging option and B is easier. The blue trail is more difficult than the green trail.

Biking at Kronocamping

Red Trail

The red trail is 4.4 km long with a total elevation gain of 25 meters, mostly on trails. The blue and red trails are about equally technically challenging.

Mountain bike at Kinnekulle

Black Trail

The black trail is 6.2 km long and is the most difficult trail due to the highest elevation gain over the shortest distance, but technically it's of similar difficulty as the blue and red trails. A and B route options are available at Råda Vy, where A is the most challenging choice.

Dressing room

At Rådåsgården there are dressing rooms complete with toilet, shower and sauna which are free to use. 

Note that the website with business hours is in swedish!
