During the summer, operas are performed in the courtyard, and just a stone's throw from the castle lies naturum Vänerskärgården – Victoriahuset, featuring a restaurant, hotel, conference facilities, and a Visitor Centre – a perfect starting point for exploring the Vänern archipelago.
