Hiking in Destination Läckö-Kinnekulle

Kållandsö with its cultural landscape and proximity to both forest and Lake Vänern is a popular area for hiking. There are several hiking trails to choose from, some are equipped with barbecue area, windshield and toilet. During the summers, all barbecue places on Kållandsö are equipped with firewood and grates. The map of Kållandsö shows the different hikingtrails.

Kinnekulle with its fantastic and fabulous nature is also widely known for hiking. Kinnekulle hiking trail is 45 kilometers and attracts both long-distance visitors and experienced hikers. We suggest that you divide this long trail into a three days hikingtrip, but there are also shorter circular trails connecting from Kinnekulle hiking trail. Cycle around in Destination Läckö-Kinnekulle

On two wheels you get close to nature, you can feel all the scents and you also travel in a sustainable and healthy way. Kinnekulle with its magnificent scenery invites you to lovely bike excursions. Although there are no specific cycle paths, many of the beautiful country roads and smaller forest roads are attracted. MTB cycling is also very popular here and attracts long-distance enthusiasts and active visitors. Kinnekulle has several marked trails and these start at Kinnekulle's highest peak at Högkullen and Kinnekulle's view tower. We also recommend cycling around Kållandsö which also has fantastic scenery and old roads. On the map of Kållandsö there are several cycle paths marked.
